A biodegradable grease that is based on organoclay.

It is produced according to the NLGI Grade 1 consistency.

Prolube® H1 Bio-Food Grade Machinery Grease NLGI #1 is a Premium grease based on organoclay. In combination with high-quality additives it resists extreme loads, steam, acids and alkaline solutions. It has anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation properties. It was created for use in very high operating temperatures and is resistant to warm and cold water and rinsing. It can be used with most elastomeric components, with plastics and all metals. It offers the highest efficiency in the food processing industry. It has been registered and accepted by USDA BioPreffered ®, NSF International® for incidental contact with food – cert. no. 149703. It was developed for the food processing industry (agriculture, sugar production, bakeries, meat processing plants, vegetable and oil production), and the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.
It can be used for: central lubrication systems, belt-drive cogs, chains, sliding discs, runners, rollers, cog wheels and other mechanisms that work in a wide range of operating temperatures and require greases that can come into incidental contact with food.
